Where a request is complex or numerous, the response period may be extended by a further 30 days with notification to you.
The viph Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. viph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and report the incident in accordance with our PAGCOR compliance obligations.

viph's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. In some cases, data may be transferred to and processed by viph's technology service providers in other countries. Where such transfers occur, viph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, including data processing agreements that impose obligations equivalent to Philippine data protection standards on the receiving party.
viph will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate contractual safeguards and, where required, obtaining NPC approval for such transfer.
The viph Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, payment provider portals accessed during deposit or withdrawal). viph is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. Once you leave the viph Platform via a third-party link, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal data to them.
viph reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — affecting how we collect, use, or share your personal data in ways not previously disclosed — we will notify you by email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
