Each individual may hold only one viph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances forfeited in line with PAGCOR compliance requirements.
All viph bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
viph requires valid Philippine government-issued ID verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement, not optional.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and viph ("viph", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at viph.asia ("the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your viph account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all services offered by viph, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer services, sports betting, bingo, virtual casino games, and any promotional offers or VIP programme benefits.
To register and maintain a viph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
viph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during registration, at withdrawal, or following any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one viph Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details. Any information provided that is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viph Login credentials, including your password. viph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You must notify viph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
viph reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
viph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. viph does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited to viph must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, is prohibited and may trigger AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review procedures.
viph reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any deposit transaction, including requesting source of funds documentation, where required by PAGCOR compliance obligations or applicable Philippine law.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawals. viph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before any withdrawal can be approved, the Player must have completed viph's KYC verification process, providing a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or UMID) and any additional documentation requested by the compliance team.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one to three business days. viph is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
viph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by law or regulatory instruction.
viph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions where applicable to sports betting bonuses.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Funds for wagering purposes.
viph reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
All games on the viph Platform operate according to rules published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules govern with respect to that specific game's mechanics, while these Terms govern all account, payment, and conduct matters.
viph's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems to determine outcomes. All games undergo independent technical audits to verify fairness, statistical correctness, and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates.
In the event of a game malfunction, connection error, or technical fault, viph reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and return all wagers placed in that round. viph is not liable for any loss arising from game malfunction beyond the return of the affected wager amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
viph reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct, suspend Accounts during investigation, and permanently close Accounts found to be in breach, with forfeiture of all balances at the Company's discretion and subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
viph may suspend or close a Player's Account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR; or where the Company determines in good faith that continued account access poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or compliance obligations.
Players may also voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting viph support. Where an Account is closed voluntarily and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or compliance holds, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

All content on the viph Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to viph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of viph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to viph in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viph is not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or economic loss; (b) loss of data or profits; (c) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions; or (d) any decisions made by you based on Platform content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by viph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
viph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. viph complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between you and viph that cannot be resolved informally through viph support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint process available through PAGCOR.
viph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
